I had the pleasure to meet John Schumick, a "WW2 Nose Art" artist. I had a buddy of mine track him down to see if he was still around and was amazed to find out that he just lives 10 minutes up the road here in ol' Columbus, OH. He was cool as hell. There are not many of these guys left , much less living so close. I definitely need to hang out with this man more often.
